PTC is a leading company transforming the physical and digital worlds through software. They are seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to gain hands-on experience in SaaS product development and strategy, focusing on product lifecycle management, market research, and customer insights.

Responsibilities

Complete PTC University Codebeamer courses to build product knowledge
Collaborate with a Product Manager to create two epics for Codebeamer 3.4
Conduct light research on general infrastructure and internal tools
Work on Codebeamer+ self-service or storage/memory monitoring and reporting, including defining acceptance criteria for long-term solutions
Review and categorize customer ideas from PTC Community, identifying common themes and pain points
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation summarizing key customer challenges
Perform market research on top competitors, analyzing strengths, weaknesses, and providing actionable recommendations
Participate in weekly PM team meetings, 1:1 sessions, and shadow additional product management discussions

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
Strong interest in business, SaaS, technology, project management, product development, or product strategy
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to think critically and work independently with guidance
