Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is a leading provider of specialty pharmacy services, offering a range of healthcare products and services for individuals with chronic health conditions. The internship will support the Accredo Product team by assisting with ad hoc projects related to data analysis, presentation development, and cross-functional work, while providing opportunities for personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
Research and analyze data & trends
Build successful case studies of our services
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliverables
Conduct data analysis and generating reports to support decision-making processes
Provide general administrative support such as organizing data & information, scheduling meetings, managing calendars
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve project objectives
Attend meetings and assisting in the preparation of meeting agendas and presentations
Make or assist in making oral/written presentations to management
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively a part of a team
Being a self-starter who is eager to learn and acquire new skills
Strong business aptitude and analytical skills with an ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Overall passion for learning and interest to learn more about the industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Senior-level college students with a 3.0 GPA or above preferred
