WSFS Bank is a financial services institution focused on supporting Associates, Clients, and Communities through banking and wealth management services. The Product Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the design, management, marketing, and optimization of consumer banking products, while participating in research, digital experience, promotional, and cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
The intern will explore how consumer banking products are designed, managed, marketed, and optimized to meet client needs and business objectives. Interns will gain exposure to product strategy, digital experiences, market research, promotional campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and engagement
Work alongside professionals across multiple business lines and gain exposure to real-world projects, operations, and strategic decision-making
Follow a comprehensive learning program that includes personal and professional development activities and resources
Opportunity to support and present on projects, research, or operational activities within an assigned business area to Senior Leaders
Build meaningful connections through dedicated mentorship and collaboration with peers and experienced professionals
Engage with leaders across the organization through networking events, panel discussions, and career-focused conversations
Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social exclusive events designed to foster connection and professional growth
High-performing interns may be considered for continued employment opportunities with WSFS Bank upon successful completion of the program
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required
Excellent oral and written communication is required
Must have critical thinking and analytical skills
Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
A business-related or related college major is preferred
