This role directly supports the Raytheon Digital Thread for Product Structures & Bill of Materials, coordinating the development and deployment of critical capabilities as part of the Product Lifecycle Management program.
Responsibilities
Attend planning meetings and workshops with Business stakeholders and vendors to understand current state capabilities and business processes
Review pain points and develop strategies to address
Assist in the creation of required communications and Business processes
Assist in testing new tools and processes
Develop training and communications to help support the organizational change management of the PLM capabilities
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled sophomore or higher by the start of Summer 2026 and pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in the field of STEM; Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred
3.0 cumulative GPA desired
Preferred majors are: Information Technology, Management Information Systems
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers
Familiarity with Product Data Management systems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, or Inovia
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
