TalentAlly is a job board for diverse professionals, and they are seeking a motivated summer intern to assist with their Ask E Source offering. The intern will conduct primary research and assist with market research projects to help utility customers make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Ask E Source support: Respond to client inquiries by conducting primary research and providing detailed, accurate answers. Collaborate with industry researchers to make sure responses are thorough and insightful.
Market research projects: Assist in various market research-related projects, including but not limited to:
Utility business website analysis: Evaluate and analyze utility business websites to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Credit and collections benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare credit and collections practices across different utility companies.
Sentiment analysis: Perform sentiment analysis for market research studies to gauge public opinion and sentiment toward specific topics or brands on social media platforms.
EV/clean energy website analysis: Analyze utility websites related to EVs and clean energy to assess content, usability, and market positioning.
Qualification
Required
You’re currently enrolled in MBA program.
You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You’re able to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from various sources.
You’re skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You’re familiar with market research methodologies and tools.
You can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
