BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world, and they are seeking an Undergraduate Marketing Intern to assist in the marketing program for their divisional product lines. The intern will be responsible for conducting market assessments, research, competitive analysis, and supporting sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Assisting in both the strategic and tactical implementation of the marketing program(s) for a divisional product line(s)
Conducting market assessments
Performing market and customer research
Conducting competitive analysis
Providing ongoing field support with sales literature
Demonstrating product superiority
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate student currently enrolled at an accredited university or a high school senior (> 18 years old) who has already gained admission to an accredited university.
Strategic thinking ability and mental agility
Flexibility and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to work and excel in a team environment
Strong communication skills to develop and implement marketing plans on a global scale
Preferred
Experienced with MS Office products (ie – Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong analytical skills required
