The Technology Portfolio Management Intern will assist in organizing and managing portfolio documentation, support data quality initiatives, and collaborate with team members on various portfolio activities.
Responsibilities
Assist with documenting portfolio management processes and creating supporting reference materials and job aids
Redesign the Technology Portfolio Management collaboration site
Expose externally facing portfolio content used to communicate with the broader Sherwin‑Williams enterprise and stakeholders engaged in portfolio delivery, governance, and investment committee activities
Support data hygiene and clean‑up efforts in Planview for active initiatives and programs to improve reporting accuracy
Assist with basic portfolio reporting preparation and validation
Collaborate with team members on meeting preparation, updates, and follow‑up actions related to portfolio activities
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship program pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas of study: Finance, accounting, or economics; Information systems, information technology, or computer science; Business concentration in operations, supply chain, or technology management
Preferred
Knowledge of Planview or Jira
Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint
