IMG Voya Investment Management LLC hires a Summer Student - Marketing to support advisor-facing marketing campaigns and gain experience across content, events, product launches, and special projects. The role also provides exposure to the investment management business through informational sessions, networking, and volunteer opportunities.
Responsibilities
Support marketing campaigns, emails, webinars, presentations, and advisor communications
Research industry trends, investment products, competitors, and marketing best practices
Assist with conferences, events, product launches, and special projects
Help coordinate projects and keep deliverables moving across multiple teams
Learn how content, campaigns, and product marketing work together to support business goals
Contribute across a variety of marketing activities while gaining broad exposure to the team and business
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Demonstrated capabilities using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and learning in unfamiliar situations
Preferred
Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
Collaborative, dependable, and willing to contribute wherever needed
Interest in marketing, investing, financial services, or how businesses connect with customers
