The Communications & Design Intern will play a key role in centralizing resources, supporting internal campaigns, and creating branded assets that align with Manulife’s standards.
Responsibilities
Design and develop a SharePoint site to centralize GCS resources and updates
Create branded templates and visual assets aligned with Manulife’s brand standards
Support internal communication campaigns and culture initiatives
Coordinate 2026 cybersecurity training sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders
Assist with day-to-day administrative and creative tasks to enable strategic priorities
Collaborate with cybersecurity and communications teams to deliver high-quality content
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Technology, Web Design/Development, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience with graphic design tools
Familiarity with branding principles and digital marketing concepts
Knowledge of web design or SharePoint customization
Ability to share a portfolio showcasing design and communication work
Preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
