Elevance Health is a health company dedicated to improving lives and communities. They are seeking a Social Media Intern to support the social media, PR, and marketing teams by developing and implementing outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage organic and paid social media campaigns and strategies that align with business goals to promote the brand and protect reputation
Track, analyze, and report social media KPIs
Perform social media marketing research
Assist on influencer campaign strategy
Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging best practices
Explore innovative cross-industry social media practices to pilot
Qualification
Required
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least once per week
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field at an accredited college/university
Preferred
Previous experience in social media management is preferred
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn
