Reworld is a sustainable waste solutions company focused on helping customers reduce, reuse, recycle, and recover value from waste streams. The Social Media & Graphic Design Intern will execute the company’s social media strategy, create and publish content, engage with followers, track performance, and support graphic design and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Execute the established social media strategy, managing the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
Write captions and assist with developing creative concepts for posts, reels, stories, and other social content
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages when appropriate, and help maintain a positive online presence
Track basic social media analytics and provide insights on content performance
Design graphics and visual assets for social media, marketing requests and other company needs
Maintain consistency with the company's visual identity, branding, fonts, colors, and overall aesthetic
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and visual content creation
Intermediate graphic design skills
Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, with an interest in social media trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the broader team
Preferred
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus
Portfolio or examples of previous design and social media or other creative work are encouraged but not required
