Utz Brands, Inc. is a company passionate about providing high-quality snack foods and is seeking a Shopper Marketing Intern in Chicago, IL. This internship will allow college students majoring in Marketing to gain hands-on experience in developing customer-specific marketing programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Create 2027 customer specific marketing programs for large national retailers
Work with Omnichannel/Shopper agency and cross-functional Utz team to strategize, develop and plan shopper marketing programs
Gather insights on shopper behavior, retailer trends and category performance
Develop shopper marketing program briefs
Assist in brainstorming campaigns, promotional concepts and shopper focused messaging
Help adapt national brand campaigns and tentpole event concepts into retailer specific programs
Partner with Marketing Communications team to develop comprehensive digital plans
Manage projects, maintain timelines and organize activities
Develop full program plans and sell-in presentations
Qualification
Required
College student majoring in Marketing
Ability to create customer specific marketing programs
Experience working with Omnichannel/Shopper agency
Skills in gathering insights on shopper behavior and retailer trends
Ability to develop shopper marketing program briefs
Experience in brainstorming campaigns and promotional concepts
Ability to adapt national brand campaigns into retailer specific programs
Experience partnering with Marketing Communications team
Project management skills
Ability to develop full program plans and sell-in presentations
