They are seeking a Communications Intern for their Finance and Spend Management Product Marketing team to support executive communications and cross-functional collaboration, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Support the oCMO team in drafting, editing, and refining executive communications (emails, updates, briefing notes, talking points)
Support the development and maintenance of decks for all team meetings, and other meetings as required
Support storytelling efforts, including slide development and narrative structuring
Track and follow up on communication-related action items across key workstreams as needed
Help manage and organize communication artifacts, templates, and content libraries
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for clarity and detail
Strong visual design sensibility with an eye for clean, professional slide design
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Comfortable working across teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Interest in marketing, communications, or business strategy
Bachelor's Degree or enrolled in Bachelor's program in 3rd or 4th year with availability to work full-time for 12 months
Preferred
Previous experience in a related role is preferred
