As an intern in the Field & Partner Marketing team, you will coordinate marketing initiatives, support event planning, and contribute to various marketing campaigns while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
You will support the Americas team in planning and implementing virtual and physical events
You will do various tasks for the planning and implementation of multichannel campaigns (online & offline)
You prepare content and texts for social media, website and mailings
You maintain data and record leads (business contacts) in Excel
You take on research tasks such as location research, industry-specific business insights, promotional materials and third-party events
You will support the Team Lead with data analytics and Quarterly business reviews
You will strengthen the ability to pivot and handle multiple high priority projects at once.
Qualification
Required
Currently a Bachelor's or Master's student (m/f/d) in business administration, marketing or related fields.
Affinity for software topics.
Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment independently.
Can do and collaborative mindset.
Numbers and reporting do not scare you, because you like to think analytically and work with new software tools.
Strengths in project coordination and time management when working on different tasks at the same time.
Ability to maintain an overview even with a high workload.
A certain hands-on mentality.
Open-minded person who can work closely with an international team.
Willingness to contribute ideas and work on tasks in a result-oriented and proactive way.
Preferred
Spanish/Portuguese language skills are a plus.
Experience in both field and partner marketing.
