GenScript USA, Inc. is a leading contract research organization specializing in biological research and drug discovery/development. They are seeking a Summer Intern to join their Marketing team, where the intern will assist with various marketing tasks, including event management and communication with teams.
Responsibilities
Event and campaign lead sorting and uploading
Communication with CN teams on tasks, such as, design needs, launched content modification, CRM lead assignments, etc.
Payment submissions and record management for events and campaigns
Support campaign ticket submission (webpage, emails, social content preparation)
Assist with on-site content collection for campaigns (interviews, video filming, picture taking, etc.)
Assist with flyer and swag inventory management
Ability to individually complete tasks assigned
Qualification
Required
Must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Science, Marketing, or related fields
Basic understanding of biotechnology and familiarity with fundamental scientific terms.
Proficiency in office software applications.
Fluency in spoken English, along with strong reading and writing skills.
Excellent logical reasoning and data analysis abilities.
A strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, organized, responsible.
