They are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Intern to create content, execute campaigns, and analyze performance to attract top talent while collaborating with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating and executing recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and career sites
Design engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, employee spotlights) to showcase company culture and career opportunities
Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page updates and employee testimonials
Help analyze recruitment marketing data and provide insights
Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance the candidate experience
Research and suggest new ways to attract top talent using digital marketing trends
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
Completing junior year or above
Passion for employer branding, social media, and recruitment marketing
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta)
Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn
Preferred
Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
