Christian Dior Australia & New Zealand is offering an unpaid Public Relations internship within its Communications team. The intern will support social, digital, and print media activities, sample inventory, press coverage, and the logistical coordination of PR initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist with the sample inventory process
Support the preparation of product movement and documentation
Help maintain showroom presentation
Assist in the preparation of sample stocktakes
Support the maintenance of samples (e.g., steaming, repairs, dry cleaning)
Support the consolidation of press coverage for reporting
Assist in the extraction of data for crediting requests
Help with filing print magazines and clippings
Assist in the analysis of the Australian talent market
Support in the preparation of request forms for dressing requests
Assist with ad-hoc projects as required
Gain exposure to various aspects of a fully functioning local communications team
Participate in the logistical support of PR initiatives, by liaising with retail, logistics and merchandising teams to co-ordinate product requests
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing and Communications, or a related field at an Australian or New Zealand university/college
Strong academic record
Basic understanding of PR principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
