The Product Marketing Intern will support geospatial product enhancement, customer feedback, field validation, product launches, educational content, and software and hardware testing for surveying and mapping technologies.
Responsibilities
Lead critical, time-sensitive feature enhancement projects across hardware, cloud, field, and desktop software portfolios
Interface directly with customers and beta users to capture feedback and drive meaningful product improvements
Gain hands-on field experience testing and validating advanced GNSS, total stations, laser scanners, and geospatial software
Collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams to launch new releases and produce educational print and video content
Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure high-quality software and hardware releases
Qualification
Required
Professional or educational background in civil engineering, surveying, geomatics, photogrammetry, remote sensing, or mining
Solid foundational knowledge of field survey practices, methodologies, and terminology
Strong technical communication skills with an ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
Proven organizational and time management skills to manage deadline-driven projects effectively
Preferred
Experience using geospatial software such as Trimble Access, Trimble Business Center, SiteVision, or RealWorks
Hands-on experience operating modern GNSS systems, robotic total stations, or 3D laser scanners
Prior experience troubleshooting technical hardware or software workflows and working with cross-functional engineering teams
