They are seeking a Private Brands Intern for a summer internship, where the intern will assist in building an innovation pipeline, support new product launches, and collaborate with various departments to analyze category metrics and present insights.
Responsibilities
Assist in building a robust innovation pipeline using market trends, consumer insights, and performance data.
Support new product launches, ensuring alignment with private brand standards.
Collaborate with external suppliers to optimize sourcing efficiency and drive cost savings.
Regularly analyze category metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
Close collaboration with various departments within the organization.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Business, Merchandising, or Marketing
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of retail and management principles
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, stay organized, and focus on details
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
