Regal Rexnord is a global industrial manufacturer seeking a Marketing Summer Intern for its Industrial Powertrain Systems Marketing Internship Program. The intern will support marketing initiatives through social media content, content development, digital asset management, presentations, internal communications, and campaign metrics analysis.
Responsibilities
Assist with various Marketing Projects
Develop Social Media content for RRX and key leaders in the company
Assist with Digital Asset Management system and rationalization of marketing materials
Assist with content development for Powertrain and Perceptiv business teams
Craft short-form and long-form content for content development team as needed
Develop PowerPoint presentations as needed for marketing communications internally and externally
Coordinate internal communications for leadership as required
Analyze marketing campaign metrics
Qualification
Required
Students **must** be able to work full-time at the Milwaukee location
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or related major
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
* Ability to take direction well and work independently
* Passion for creating a work culture where everyone thrives
* Self-starter and idea generator
* Desire to learn and contribute
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work on cross functional teams
* Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and handle yourself professionally
* Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
* Limited travel (up to 10%)

Full-time, 11-week paid internship at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee starting June 2027, with an opportunity to work part time during the Fall semester.
Hybrid work model: onsite at the designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.
