The Marketing Services Associate Intern will support the Marketing Services and Exhibits teams by assisting with the organization, fulfillment, and distribution of marketing materials and product samples, gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Catalog Assembly : Prepare and assemble marketing catalogs for sales representatives and customers.
Literature Handling : Organize, count, and bundle brochures and other promotional materials for distribution.
Sample Fulfillment : Ship product samples to customers using Starship, include relevant marketing literature, log activities in Salesforce, and provide shipment tracking.
Tradeshow Support : Assist the Exhibits team with preparing and packing sample kits for upcoming tradeshows.
Logistics Optimization Project : Contribute to a special initiative focused on streamlining the procurement, inventory management, and distribution process for marketing materials.
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or shipping software (e.g., Starship) is a plus.
