Getinge is a company that focuses on making life-saving technology accessible for more people. The Marketing Services Associate Intern will support the Marketing Services and Exhibits teams by assisting with the organization, fulfillment, and distribution of marketing materials and product samples.
Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble marketing catalogs for sales representatives and customers.
Organize, count, and bundle brochures and other promotional materials for distribution.
Ship product samples to customers using Starship, include relevant marketing literature, log activities in Salesforce, and provide shipment tracking.
Assist the Exhibits team with preparing and packing sample kits for upcoming tradeshows.
Contribute to a special initiative focused on streamlining the procurement, inventory management, and distribution process for marketing materials.
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or shipping software (e.g., Starship) is a plus.
