Leggett & Platt is a company with a rich history in sleep technology, and they are seeking an entry level telemarketer/lead generator for their West Coast Furniture Division. This role involves making outbound calls to promote their sofa sleeper mattresses and generate leads, while maintaining customer relationships and accurate records.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our line of sofa sleep mattresses in a professional environment
You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy sofa sleeper’s mattresses. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive.
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning techniques
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in a log
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about mattress options.
Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Maintains phone time or sales as determined by management.

Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
