They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for projects within the municipal sector.
Responsibilities
Support the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
Assist with editing resumes, project descriptions, and technical content
Help format documents and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Contribute to graphics, layouts, and visual elements to enhance proposals
Organize and maintain marketing materials in internal databases
Collaborate with marketing team members and project staff to gather information
Help track deadlines and support the proposal schedule
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail
Interest in technical or professional services marketing (A/E/C experience is a plus, not required)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)
Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Ability to manage time, stay organized, and work in a team environment
