Red Cat Holdings is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support their marketing team with a focus on social media strategy and execution. This role provides hands-on experience in content creation, brand storytelling, and digital campaign support, ideal for someone looking to build real-world marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.)
Support the development of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
Draft captions, posts, and basic visual content aligned with brand voice and messaging
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers
Track and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Assist with email marketing, blog content, and website updates as needed
Support marketing events, promotions, and general administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and brand development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy
May be required to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch during inspections, maintenance walk-throughs, or emergency response situations
Regular exposure to facility operations including noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment
Occasional off-hours or weekend work required for emergency facility responses or projects as needed
Requires frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment for documentation, communication, and coordination tasks
This position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check
Successful candidates for positions subject to ITAR/EAR restrictions must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence and must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization
