BIC World is a community of iconic brands dedicated to creating simple and joyful products. They are seeking a Marketing Intern to support product gifting efforts, track performance insights, and assist the trade marketing team with daily operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage product gifting and seeding efforts
Monitor, track, and compile performance insights on gifting program – maintaining results in a weekly tracker
Identify and vet creators aligned with brand priorities across tier, niche, audience demographics, and engagement quality
Spot emerging creators who may be strong candidates for long‑term partnerships
Help build monthly recap presentations summarizing monthly performance
Support the trade marketing team by helping track timelines and coordinating simple day to day tasks to keep projects moving
Support day-to-day team operations by coordinating cross-functional requests, documenting meeting takeaways and action items, and shipment workflows (packing, shipping, working with Ops to facilitate as needed)
Deliver a final internship presentation outlining contributions, insights gained, and recommendations to support future organic community growth
Support with retail marketing
Qualification
Required
Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, PR, or related field
NYC based - able to commute into the NYC office
Must be available for the full internship period: June 1 - August 28
Collaborates well and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with social platforms (TikTok and Instagram) and is comfortable capturing content, both in-front of and behind the camera
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer culture with a strong finger on the pulse
Comfortable tracking basic performance metrics and KPIs
Dependable, communicative, and professional, with a strong commitment to brand integrity and confidentiality
