AECOM is a global provider of professional technical and management support services. They are seeking a Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience and collaborate with the graphics and marketing team, supporting various marketing activities and proposal development.
Responsibilities
May assist with small to medium proposal/LOIs/SOQs.
Contribute to and support the writing and/or editing and/or formatting of resumes and past performance sections for proposals.
Manage the implementation of text revisions based on direction from review teams.
Support the development, maintenance, and updating of marketing materials, as needed.
Participate in internal debriefs as part of the pursuit team, as requested.
Understand and follows company quality procedures and approval processes under supervision of others.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Perform a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval.
Help develop internal and external social media announcements, as requested.
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field and must have completed at least 2 years of study.
Candidates who have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree and plan to continue with the master’s degree are eligible to apply for these positions.
Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.
Preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork capability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
