Werner Management Inc is hiring a Marketing Digital Intern for an 11-week summer internship. The intern will support digital marketing campaigns, campaign analytics, company events, and content creation while gaining real-world experience.
Responsibilities
Designing, building and executing targeted email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Managing audience segmentation, data hygiene and journey builder workflows to deliver personalized messaging
Tracking, analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics from marketing campaigns and website (open rates, CTRs and conversion rates) using marketing analytics tools
Continuous A/B testing of email copy, design layouts and call-to-action buttons to optimize campaign performance
Partnering with sales and operations teams to align lead scoring and customer data between Marketing Cloud and core Salesforce CRM
Supporting various company events through pre-campaign promotion, registration management and on-site execution
Capturing and editing multi-media content, such as photos and short-form video from company events, for social and internal communications
Conducting industry research to inform new articles, content strategy and marketing initiatives
Translating campaign analytics into actionable insights to improve ROI across digital channels and live event activations
Qualification
Required
Marketing, Journalism or Graphic Design major required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
A passion for marketing, branding and communications
The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
An interest in the transportation industry is a bonus
