The Marketing & Communications Intern will support an AI-first marketing approach by creating content, managing digital marketing initiatives and events, conducting research, tracking projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, presentations, customer stories, videos, and promotional materials
Support digital marketing initiatives, including website and SharePoint content updates
Help plan and execute industry events, trade shows, customer engagements, sponsorship activations, and internal marketing programs
Coordinate event logistics, attendee communications, promotional assets, and post-event reporting
Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support content development and strategic initiatives
Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple marketing programs
Support development of executive presentations, reports, and marketing performance summaries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, engineering, communications, and business leadership
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and willingness to learn
Preferred
Experience creating content for social media, websites, or digital marketing campaigns
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing, or graphic design tools
Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, networking, or digital infrastructure
Experience with project management or collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Wrike, or similar tools
