Sherwin-Williams Company engages in the development, manufacture, distribution, and sale of paints, coatings, and related products. They are seeking a Marketing Co-Op to assist in managing the product life cycle for Core Exterior Stain Product Lines and collaborate with various teams on marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist the Product Manager and Associate Product Manager in managing the product life cycle for all Core Exterior Stain Product Lines
Work with Marcom on package development, catalog maintenance and asset creation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand/Channel Marketing, Sales, Technical, Global Sourcing, Global Supply Chain & Finance.
Special Projects including Market Assessment, Competitive Price Shops, Retail Audits
New product development & commercialization assistance including Product Change Requests (PCR’s) and product setup in PIM.
Create product presentations in PowerPoint for various customer channels.
Competitive Analysis- retail reconnaissance and competitive profiling.
Ad-hoc requests based on business needs.
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field
Must be available to work as close to 37.5 hours per week as possible during the summer and 20-25 hours per week during the school year
Preferred
Microsoft Office – proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Analytical skills to organize and review business data & information
