Tiffany & Co. is seeking an intern with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical skills to join their Merchandising Home & Accessories team. The intern will support merchandising strategies through business analysis, product assortment strategies, and sample management.
Responsibilities
Help to update and maintain Merchandise assets (i.e. visual grids, monthly delivery flow charts, board decks, sample availability decks, etc.)
Provide support with ad hoc merchandising projects (merchandise flow boards, competitive pricing and competitive analysis, etc.)
Prepare and coordinate samples for Marketing, CVM, Creative, and PDP photoshoots
Assist with any executive meeting preparation (i.e. divisional meetings, zone president meetings, global regional walk throughs, etc.)
Assist with building and maintaining merchandising sales reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual, LTD) and tools (SKU roll up, etc.)
Assist with analysis on monthly sales forecast from Demand Planning
Partner with Sourcing to keep track of on order report and status of shipments for H&A products
Assist with maintaining inventory management tool (active/discontinued report, T-flags, E-flags, current OH Inv, etc.)
Assist with merchandising system management (AA, ATLAS) and assortment validation
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or a recent graduate in 2025
Overall knowledge and passion for retail industry/luxury goods (ideally Home and Accessories product categories)
Enthusiastic and curious to learn
Agile, flexible, and fluid mindset
Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
Ability to learn new software/systems and adopt new processes
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
