The Intern, North America Marketing Operations role will provide experience in event operations, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support Marketing Operations process initiatives for Viatris’ print production/fulfillment operations and assist with vendor account management
Pre-launch readiness support in maintaining timelines, checklists and project trackers for product launches
Assist in planning and execution of regional convention and speaker program operations for North America
Prepare, analyze and deliver reports to commercial business partners on the status of Viatris promotional materials
Coordinate and track industry benchmarking program for marketing stakeholders
Support Marketing Operations initiatives with special projects and enhancement programs as assigned
Qualification
Required
The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Marketing or Business Administration degree program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
