Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies and systems. This intern position will provide an opportunity to work with the Sales and Marketing team on various marketing projects related to project management, product launches, and customer-facing opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
Prepare detailed promotional campaigns
Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
Participate in special projects and/or perform other tasks, as assigned by Supervisor
Product development projects from start to finish aligning all disciplines within the organization
Perform these and all other duties as responsibilities necessitate
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher at an accredited 4-year college or university
Must be a Junior or Senior status with GPA of 3.0 or higher
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and presentation software
Outstanding multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrates a growing knowledge of human resource disciplines and principles
Ability to provide high quality customer service through phone calls, email, and face to face interactions handling multiple priorities
Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
