The Intern- Marketing & Optimization role involves documenting current marketing strategies, exploring new approaches, and developing key skills within the Marketing & Optimization Desk.
Responsibilities
Document our current marketing strategy for how we sell open transport and storage capacity (short-term vs long-term). Explore other approaches to that strategy. Examine the pros and cons of current versus alternate approaches and make a recommendation.
Participate in the development of key skills within the Marketing & Optimization Desk: relationship building with our Marketers/Banks/Hedge Funds customer group, negotiations, strategic thinking, financial analysis, gathering of market intelligence from customer peers and their leadership.

Required

Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines under constantly changing priorities
Minimum, sophomore in technical, business or finance Bachelor of Science program
