The role involves assisting with projects, process improvements, and day-to-day activities within a specific department, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities
Support the Strategy/Innovation and Category Management teams in developing, implementing, and communicating strategies to optimize Refresco’s business operations
Learns organizational processes and procedures. Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records
Manage an assigned project focused on continuous improvement within the department
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Maintain documentation, reports, and logs relevant to the internship function
Shadow experienced professionals and gain exposure to best practices in beverage manufacturing
Qualification
Required
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Interest in business operations and organizational functions within the beverage manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with other tools is a plus
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
Flexibility to work in a hands-on environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support process improvements and contribute to projects
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Marketing/Communications, or a related field, depending on the department
A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher in your declared major
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work the hours requested by your supervisor and fulfill the required hours set by your university for academic credit (if applicable)
