The Marketing Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives related to product launches and campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in building brand awareness and driving demand.
Responsibilities
Support the coordination and execution of go-to-market initiatives, including helping organize timelines, tracking deliverables, and assisting with product and campaign launches across marketing functions
Assist in research and preparation related to advertising and media opportunities, including gathering information, organizing assets, and supporting campaign development
Collaborate with team members across marketing and other departments to support communication and alignment on ongoing initiatives
Assist with the coordination of select brand partnerships and cross-functional projects by helping manage assets, schedules, and internal communication
Support communication with regional and global marketing teams by helping compile updates, organize assets, and document plans, risks, and opportunities
Manage assets distribution and partnership with key media partners for press support around summer product launches
Sample management and organization for key product launches
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of marketing principles, with interest in sporting goods, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in team settings
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player and contribute positively to group projects
Comfortable delivering presentations, including researching content, building slides, and assisting with delivery
Interest in the creative and marketing development process, from idea generation through execution
Understanding of advertising, media, and brand partnerships, with a willingness to learn industry best practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Attention to detail when managing timelines, assets, and project documentation
Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment
Ability to prioritize coursework and internship responsibilities while meeting deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Currently enrolled in a four‑year accredited college or university
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Preferred
Interest in golf, sports, or related industries preferred but not required
