CN is a premium railroad committed to safety and service, and they are seeking an Intern, Market Analyst to support their Automotive team. The role involves analyzing data, enhancing processes, and creating dashboards using Power BI to improve overall efficiency within the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop a Power BI solution that consolidates rail data with all non-line haul components, including associated costs, rates, and industry forecasts, into a single, centralized dashboard
Help organize and refine processes for better clarity and efficiency
Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive decision-making
Assist in transforming important contract details into digital formats for easier access and management
Support the enhancement of dashboards to improve data visualization and reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics platforms
Interest in processes, workflows and data management
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Technology, Computer Science)
