ONE Gas is a premier natural gas distribution company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They are seeking motivated and high-performing students to join their Corporate Communications team for a Summer 2027 internship, providing hands-on experience in communications functions and corporate operations.
Responsibilities
Help with communications tasks including writing and editing materials for internal and external audiences, media relations, web and social media content, and assist with storytelling efforts in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas
Work with subject matter experts and team leaders to develop communications and digital content
Plan, research and develop content for company publications for external and/or internal audiences
Help in the development of communications materials that support corporate strategies and maintain good working relationships with various stakeholder groups
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Communication, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or Advertising, preferably graduating in December 2027 or May 2028
Maintaining a GPA of 2.9 or higher
Preferred
Prefer students who can manage several projects simultaneously, are self-motivated, have personal initiative, and demonstrate design and writing experience
Involved in extracurricular activities, community service, or leadership roles
Experienced through prior internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work
