Alkermes is a biotechnology company that develops, manufactures and commercializes medicines for the treatment of chronic diseases. They are seeking a Summer Intern for the Director of Commercial Effectiveness to assist with research, analysis, and coordination of marketing initiatives while learning about the commercial organization.
Responsibilities
Support the development of commercial planning by assisting with research, analysis, and presentation preparation.
Help coordinate omnichannel marketing technology initiatives, including documentation, testing, and training materials.
Work closely with Field and Marketing Operations teams to collect and analyze performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members on identifying process improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
Contribute to cross-functional meetings and workshops by preparing agendas, capturing action items, and drafting recaps.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and a willingness to learn new digital tools
Team oriented, proactive and eager to contribute
Ability to work a hybrid office schedule in our Waltham office
Preferred
Interest in biotech, healthcare industry or commercial operations is a plus!
