AstraZeneca is seeking undergraduate junior and senior level students for a 12-week internship role in Boston, MA. The role involves providing operational support for HCP marketing projects, assisting with national HCP conferences, and managing the HCP team’s weekly tracker, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Provide operational support for HCP marketing projects, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and the promotional review process
Assist with the execution of fall national HCP conferences, including preparing associated deliverables/promotional materials
Support preparations for a mid-year sales meeting, including material/workshop development and coordination tasks
Manage the HCP team’s weekly tracker to monitor progress and flag timeline challenges
Lead an independent research project requiring cross-functional networking
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate junior and senior level students
Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, such as coursework in marketing or business, involvement in student organizations, or prior internships/work experience is required
Ability to report onsite to Boston, MA 3-5 days per week
US Work Authorization is required at time of application
Preferred
Preference will be given to Business, Marketing, or Life Science disciplines
Exposure to event planning, research projects, collaborative work, managing timelines and coordinating deliverables is preferred
