They are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Hajimari Summer Internship program, which offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle and impactful projects in their Integrated Communications and Influencer Relations Team.
Responsibilities
Compile and maintain influencer and media lists for mailers, product seeding, events and in-house partnerships
Track new and emerging influencers and trends on social media
Support with creator content asset submissions, updating spreadsheets, and saving assets
Manage of influencer/press send-outs – inclusive of sourcing product and packing/shipping or overseeing shipment with external fulfillment center
Organize PR closet, maintain inventory updated and support with product ordering and packaging
Assist in the organization and logistics for events: participate in team ideation sessions, join agency calls, submit requested assets/feedback, creator identification and more
Participate and support in weekly team status meetings
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
