Omnicom is a leading provider of data-inspired, creative marketing and sales solutions. The Growth Team Intern will support the Global Clients and Growth team by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and assisting with marketing and event activations.
Responsibilities
Handle a wide and complex variety of administrative support duties and tasks such as owning schedules, managing calendars, booking travel, preparing expense reports, and managing guest and meeting bookings
Maintain team processes to ensure priorities are progressing in a timely manner
Track deadlines and in-flight projects and follow up with the appropriate teams and people as necessary
Support the team on industry research projects
Support the Marketing team on event activations
Support the coordination of our In-Person GCL meetings, monthly virtual briefings, client dinners, and gatherings for the global team and their clients, as needed
Manage/track event budgets
Capture detailed notes on calls and handle distributing to the relevant team members and saving information as required in our databases, as needed
Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Qualification
Required
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Exceptional planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Impeccable attention to detail
Experience working within and across teams
Ability to multi-task and switch between projects and subjects seamlessly
Proven track record of thriving in a fast paced environment
Experience or interest in the Marketing and Advertising industry
Preferred
Completed Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
