The Global Employer Brand Intern will support the Global Talent Acquisition team by managing employer branding projects and systems, organizing talent-related initiatives, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting internal training and team administration.
Responsibilities
Manage digital touchpoints to activate our employer brand – in close cooperation with external agencies
Take part in organizing our global case study competition called Battle of Minds
Participate in projects enhancing the candidate experience
Development of internal training materials
Administrative support of the team
Qualification
Required
• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Social media expertise, for example content production, graphic design or analytics
• Drive for result, ability to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Aspire to transform, be curious, challenge complexity, enjoy being empowered
• The ability and confidence to navigate through complexity and ambiguity
Preferred
• Fluency in Spanish or French is considered an advantage, but not a requirement
