The Homebuilding Intern will be placed within the Division’s Marketing verticals, gaining exposure to key areas of the business while developing essential interpersonal and technical skills.
Responsibilities
Execute the division's e-marketing plan by creating and disseminating social media and email marketing content.
Coordinate and participate in various events, including community openings, realtor events, and trade shows, to bolster brand presence.
Onsite hub visits to support community marketing needs
Facilitate the creation and ordering of marketing collateral and community signage
Analyze data from our digital marketing campaigns to measure performance, reach, and efficiency and present findings
Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts
Qualification
Required
Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage

Preferred
Graduating from a 4-year College or University (between December 2025 and May 2026, preferred)
Working towards a bachelor's degree in Marketing
