Responsibilities
Engage in hands-on, impactful projects that contribute to real business outcomes, allowing you to make a difference from day one.
Help prepare for 2027 spring events and close out 2026 season.
Includes supporting event planners on team from pre-event planning, preparing on-site documents and assisting in closing out past events.
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Event Management
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office
Well organized & detail oriented
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
Preferred
Interest or desire to lead project teams
Ability to work independent as well as part of a team
Passion for producing high quality work
Experience planning multi-day events
Familiarity with Cvent
