Campbell Street is seeking a creative, driven Digital Media & Talent Engagement Intern to support our mission of elevating the long-term care experience. This internship offers hands-on, project-based experience in healthcare branding, digital media, and talent engagement—ideal for students looking to grow their portfolio and gain real-world marketing and recruitment communications experience.
Responsibilities
Expand and elevate Campbell Street’s digital brand presence across key platforms
Support the development of marketing collateral for census-growth initiatives
Assist with recruitment branding efforts to strengthen our talent acquisition strategy
Capture, design, and distribute multimedia content for internal and external audiences
Gain meaningful exposure to healthcare branding while contributing to real business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Creative thinker with strong communication skills
Pursuing studies in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
Eager to build experience in a mission-driven healthcare organization
