The intern will gain hands-on experience in retail marketing, supporting various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement, while also participating in professional development activities.
Responsibilities
Play an integral role in supporting various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
Gain practical experience and insights into the dynamic world of retail marketing
Participate in comprehensive onboarding to ensure preparedness from day one
Engage in team-building activities to foster collaboration and networking among peers and leaders
Be responsible for a presentation centered on what they learned and a real-world challenge/opportunity they helped to solve
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret marketing data
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) with a strong emphasis on Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing ideas
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning about retail marketing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous marketing experience or related coursework is a plus
