They are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Associate Intern to gain hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, and marketing automation while contributing to client campaigns and team culture.
Responsibilities
Participate in internal and external strategy discussions with cross-functional teams
Support the launch, QA, and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, and marketing automation
Conduct channel, content, and competitive audits to uncover opportunities for performance improvement
Analyze campaign performance data and connect insights to client business objectives and KPIs
Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies (A/B tests, messaging, targeting, landing pages)
Document findings clearly and present recommendations to team members and mentors
Engage in structured learning sessions on digital marketing, analytics, healthcare marketing, and client success
Contribute positively to our team culture—collaboration, curiosity, and commitment to excellence
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently deliver error-free work
Qualification
Required
Are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Analytics, or a related field
Have demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in past roles or projects
Bring strong written and verbal communication skills—and enjoy presenting your ideas
Are naturally curious with a desire to learn new tools, channels, and strategies
