Novo Nordisk is a global leader in healthcare dedicated to defeating chronic diseases. The Communications & Multimedia Intern will work closely with industry professionals to create multimedia content and engage employees through the internal Viva Engage channel.
Responsibilities
Using company provided equipment take photographs and videos of employees at work in our facility, to build multimedia database for our site
Proactively coordinate and schedule meetings and photo/video sessions with departments across site independently with limited oversight
When entering cleanroom/sterile areas must abide by all relevant policies
Work with communications team to launch a dedicated Viva Engage page for West Lebanon, NH site
Help draft a plan to encourage engagement and continued use of Viva Engage site by our employees
Perform writing of content for internal and external company communications
Use of Microsoft Office and Adobe suite of products
Perform all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes
Incorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions with others
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be currently attending an accredited four-year college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Preferred to be pursuing relevant degree in field such as: Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, Mass Communications, or Graphic Design
