KBR is a company that delivers science, technology and engineering solutions globally. They are seeking a Communications Intern for the summer 2025 session to gain exposure to their Mission Technology business through rotations with communications and marketing professionals.
Responsibilities
Communications research and coordination
Support creative and communications teams on planning and executing marketing deliverables including digital brochures, social media, press releases, internal communication pieces, videos and advertisements
Content development for a range of marketing and communications materials
Offer creative ideas for communications and marketing pieces and strategy, in line with business objectives and brand guidelines
Assist with planning for upcoming media days
Writing, editing and formatting KBR internal communications
Developing social media content ideas
Assist with writing press releases, digital brochures and other external deliverables
Qualification
Required
Applicants must have strong writing and content development skills
Must be able to work on multiple deliverables simultaneously while collaborating across all business units
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Teams
Communications, marketing or related experience or relevant course work
Preferred
Experience with communications/content development platforms preferred (Staffbase and Foleon specifically)
